Oil prices are moving sideways on Tuesday morning, but refinery activity and US stock figures out later in the day could provide direction on the downside, said players.
The October contract for Brent North Sea crude oil, which expires on Tuesday, was last seen changing hands at USD 67.14/bbl on the ICE platform, down USD 0.30 on Monday's close. The November contract last traded down USD 0.27 at USD 68.10/bbl.
In New York, the Nymex WTI october contract was last seen at USD 68.85/bbl, down USD 0.01 on Monday's close.
