Oil prices are trading sideways on Thursday morning after falling in the previous session on the back of a higher than expected rise in US crude oil inventories.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands USD 0.25 firmer at USD 118.22/bbl on the Ice platform.
On Wednesday, the contract fell as low as USD 116.70/bbl, but ended at USD 117.97/bbl, USD 0.81 lower day on day.
On Nymex, the WTI May contract was last seen at USD 102.64/bbl, down USD 0.03.
