Oil prices are looking flat on Friday after ending Thursday's session on a firmer note compared with the day before.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 61.13/bbl, up just 3 cents on the previous close.
Economic pessimism continued to weigh on prices, said analysts, however the Brent contract closed 67 cents higher compared with the previous day on Thursday at USD 61.10/bbl.
