Oil prices are stable on Wednesday morning after having rebounded to fresh 2009 highs in late trading in New York on Tuesday as growing US consumer confidence lifted equities, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands up USD 0.27 at USD 61.51/bbl on the ICE platform. In New York, the July WTI contract was last seen traded at USD 62.70/bbl, an increase of USD 0.25.
