Oil prices are extending last week's upturn as positive US jobs data and renewed confidence in a resolution to the eurozone debt crisis have lifted nvestor confidence, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 105.95/bbl on the Ice platform, up USD 0.07 on Wednesday's close.
On Nymex, the WTI November contract last traded USD 0.55 higher at USD 83.53/bbl.
