Oil prices are trading flat with the prior-session close on Friday morning, having taken a breather from the week's strong rises on Thursday in a bout of profit-taking.
The Brent front month North Sea oil contract was last seen USD 0.02 softer at USD 115.70/bbl while WTI on Nymex last traded USD 0.08 lower at USD 105.53/bbl.
While the situation in Libya and the Middle East remains in focus amid ongoing supply fears, the market appeared to also be turning back to economic data.
