Oil and coal prices recovered on Tuesday, while gas lost in value and carbon remained stable.
In New York, the front month WTI contract hit a high of USD 97.10 a barrel on the back of bombings in Afghanistan, an attack on a pipeline in Yemen and US energy information administration reports of further supply problems,. The contract ended the day at USD 96.70 a barrel, up 2.72 day on day.This morning, however, front month WTI reached as high as USD 98, with the last trade at USD 97
