Oil prices are softening on Friday morning as the market awaits US unemployment data to be released in the afternoon, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 68.68/bbl on the ICE platform, down USD 0.51 on Thursday's close.
On Nymex, the WTI November contract was last seen at USD 70.19/bbl, down USD 0.63 day on day.
