Brent crude oil is trading marginally softer on Thursday morning following a volatile session on Wednesday which ended on a firm note both in London and New York.
The front-month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 44.91/bbl on the ICE platform, down 11 cents on Wednesday's close.
On Wednesday, the contract traded in a range between USD 42.85 - 45.76/bbl, before settling at USD 45.02/bbl, up USD 1.40 on the previous day.
