Oil prices are edging lower on Tuesday morning on profit-taking following Monday's near USD 2 rise, players said.
The front month contract for Brent crude North Sea oil was last seen changing hands at USD 86.90/bbl on the ICE platform, down USD 0.44 on Monday's close.
Players were taking profits following Monday's sharp rise, said Ken Hasegava, a Tokyo-based commodity derivatives sales manager at brokerage Newedge, adding crude oil was falling in tandem with weaker Chinese stock marke
