Oil prices are rising on Friday morning driven by concerns that an ongoing oil worker strike in Nigeria will cut output by Africa's largest producer.
The front month Brent crude oil contract last traded at USD 112.19/bbl, up USD 0.93 day on day, on the Ice exchange.
On Nymex, the front month WTI crude oil contract last changed hands at USD 99.86/bbl, up USD 0.76 on the previous close.
However, both contracts closed Thursday down by 0.98/bbl for Brent and
