Oil prices are gaining strength on Wednesday morning following a demand-driven drop on Tuesday as people are awaiting the outcome of the Opec meeting on 17 December.
The front month Brent contract was last changing hands USD 1.07 above the previous close at USD 42.60/bbl, while the January WTI contract in New York traded up USD 1.20 at USD 43.27/bbl.
