Oil prices are rising on Tuesday morning following a plunge in the previous session but uncertainty remains due to the fragile state of several European economies, players said.
The July contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands up USD 0.74 at USD 75.84/bbl on the ICE platform.
On Monday, however, the Brent front month closed down USD 2.83 at USD 75.10/bbl, following trades in a USD 74.75-78.47/bbl range, while the WTI June contract shed USD 1.53 to finish at USD 70.08/bbl.
