Fuel prices tumbled across the board yesterday, but crude oil prices are strengthening again Friday morning.
Crude oil is bouncing back Friday morning on speculation Opec may announce production cuts at a meeting next week. Opec announced that it has brought forward to next week a November meeting to discuss production.
