Oil prices look rangebound on Wednesday morning after WTI prices rose in the previous session on the back of bullish industrial output figures, said players.
The January contract for Brent North Sea crude oil, which will expire later on Wednesday, was last seen changing hands at USD 72.17/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.12 on Tuesday's settle.
On Tuesday, the WTI front month gained USD 1.18 to settle at USD 70.69/bbl, while the Brent front month contract rose just 16 cents to USD 72.05/bbl.
