Oil prices softened this morning as hurricane Ike made limited damage to US refinery capacity.
Light Sweet Crude Oil at Nymex was last seen at USD 99.08/barrel in out-of- hour trading at Nymex, down more than two dollars from Friday, when the contract gained 32 cents to close at USD 101.18.
