Crude oil prices have plunged on Tuesday morning following a short-lived rally in the previous session.
Front month December North Sea crude oil was last seen trading at USD 57.20/bbl, down USD 1.88 on Monday's settlement price. In New York, WTI December delivery was last heard USD 1.86 weaker at USD 60.55/bbl. Crude oil prices rallied briefly on Monday afternoon on the back of the Chinese USD 600bn economic stimulus package, analysts said. Brent traded as high as USD 61.98/bbl
