Oil prices look flat on Monday morning after losing strength in the previous session partly on the back of a 2.4m bbl increase in weekly US crude inventories, said market observers.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 72.95/bbl, up just 5 cents on the previous close.
On Friday, the contract shed USD 1.22 day on day at USD 72.90/bbl, while the front month WTI contract in New York lost USD 1.15 at USD 74.13/bbl.
