Oil prices on Wednesday regained most losses sustained in Tuesday's session following the release of the weekly US inventory levels, in turn lifting forward gas prices higher.
At Nymex in New York, the West Texas Intermediate front month contract ended the day up USD 5.07 at USD 136.38/barrel after having traded within an USD 131.39-138.30 range. In London, the July Brent contract settled four dollars higher than the previous close at USD 135.02/barrel following intraday trading between USD 131.65 and USD 137.30.The weekly report from the US energy department
