Commodities - Oil hits new record

On a week where oil prices rose to new record highs amid a record low dollar, gas and CO2 followed up while coal prices eased off. This morning, oil has been traded above USD 111/barrel in New York.
Oil prices are reaching new record highs as a sliding dollar and credit market losses in the US is prompting investors to buy commodities.The front Brent month ended the week at USD 107.55/barrel on the ICE, up one cent from Thursday, and up more than five dollars from last Friday.
