Oil prices are rising on Monday morning as cold weather in the US has triggered falls in distillate inventories, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands up USD 0.68 at USD 78.61/bbl on the ICE platform, while on Nymex, the WTI February contract traded USD 0.65 higher at USD 80.01/bbl.
