Oil prices are firming amid a weaker dollar after falling more than USD 1 on Wednesday as the US oil stocks report showed continued weak oil demand, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 68.00/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.80 on Wednesday's close, which was down USD 1.36 day on day.
On Nymex, the WTI November contract was last seen at USD 70.19/bbl, up USD 0.62 on Wednesday's settlement, which was down USD 1.31 day on day.
