Oil prices are firming amid stronger Asian equities on Tuesday morning, while little impetus is expected from the Opec meeting on Wednesday as output is set to be unchanged, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 67.11/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.58 on the previous close. In New York, the WTI October contract last traded USD 0.67 higher at USD 68.46/bbl.
