Oil prices are firming on Friday as political tensions persist in Egypt and its neighbouring oil-producing countries, said players.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 101.24/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.37 on Thursday's close, while the WTI March contract on Nymex traded USD 0.47 higher at USD 87.20/bbl.
