Oil prices are rising on Thursday morning after falling more than USD 2 late Wednesday on the back of larger than expected US crude inventory build, said players.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 42.12/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.72 on Wednesday's close at USD 41.40/bbl. This was USD 2.56 weaker than Tuesday's settlement price.
