Oil prices look a touch firmer on Thursday after falling nearly USD 3 in the previous session on the back of bearish US gasoline stock data, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 60.88/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.45 on the latest close.
On Wednesday, the same contract plunged by USD 2.80 day on day to settle at USD 60.43/bbl.
In New York, the WTI front month contract for light sweet crude oil was last heard traded at USD 60.70/bbl, up USD 0.56
