Oil prices are edging higher on Wednesday but sentiment remains "fragile” ahead of the emergency EU summit to find a resolution to the eurozone debt crisis, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen EUR 0.43 firmer at USD 111.35/bbl, while the WTI contract last traded USD 0.10 higher day on day at USD 93.29/bbl.
However, sentiment remains "very fragile” ahead of the summit, with the market focusing on any European news for direction, one player said, adding further gains
