Brent crude is trading flat on Thursday after falling nearly USD 3 in the previous session on the back of a stronger dollar as well as concerns over continued weak gasoline demand in the US, said players.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 72.40/bbl on the ICE platform, up USD 0.01 on Wednesday's close, which was down USD 2.80 day on day. On Nymex, the WTI January contract was last seen at USD 70.59/bbl, down USD 0.08 on Wednesday's close.
