Oil prices are softening on Friday morning as players take profits following disappointing economic news from the US.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 124.59/bbl on the ICE platform, down USD 0.43 on Thursday's close.
On Nymex, the WTI front month contract was last seen at USD 112.47/bbl, down USD 0.39 on Thursday's close.
