Oil prices are falling on Tuesday amid fears the outbreak of swine flu will reduce demand for air travel-related fuels, players said.
The Brent North Sea crude oil contract for June delivery was last seen changing hands at USD 49.43/bbl on the ICE platform, down USD 0.89 on the previous close. On Monday, the Brent contract hit a low of USD 48.40/bbl but ended the day at USD 50.32/bbl, USD 1.35 below the previous settlement.
