Oil prices are edging lower on Friday morning following Thursday's surge to four-year highs as Saudi Arabia denied a report of a oil pipeline explosion.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 125.65/bbl on the Ice platform, down USD 0.55 day on day.
On Thursday the contract soared USD 3.54 to settle at USD 126.20/bbl after hitting an intraday high of USD 128.40/bbl, the highest level since 2008.
On Nymex, the WTI front month contract was last seen at USD 10
