Oil prices are retreating from the last two session's gains on Wednesday morning as industry data showed a larger than expected rise in oil stocks over the past week.
However, an improving economic outlook is offering support, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands USD 0.30 lower at USD 125.92/bbl on the Ice platform.
Meanwhile the WTI April contract last traded USD 0.28 lower at USD 106.43/bbl.
