Oil prices are correcting down on Thursday morning after rising on a weak dollar and slightly bullish EIA inventory figures in the previous session, one player said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands down USD 0.58 at USD 81.38/bbl on the ICE platform, while the WTI April contract on Nymex traded USD 0.68 lower at USD 82.25/bbl.
On Wednesday, the Brent May contract closed up USD 1.43 at USD 81.96/bbl, following trades in a USD 80.53-82.08/bbl range, while the WTI contract rose USD 1.23 to end
