Crude oil prices reached new highs yesterday as tropical storms and declining stocks are threatening the supply.
At Nymex, the front month WTI reached a record high of USD 82.51/barrel, but receded slightly in value in the afternoon to close at USD 81.93/barrel (+0.42), which still is a record high closing price for the contract.
