Oil prices broke through the USD 120 barrier in New York yesterday amid supply disruptions in Nigeria and a more positive outlook for the US economy.
The front month WTI crude contract at Nymex reached a new all time high of USD 120.36/barrel before it fell back to a settlement price of USD 119.97/barrel.
