Oil is heading north this morning, bouncing back from a heavy drop on Friday. Coal also fell Friday, while UK gas prices strengthened on the prompt.
In London, the front-month Brent contract for North Sea crude oil closed Friday's session at USD 113.33/barell, which was USD 4.53 lower than the previous close. It opened at USD 117.80/bbl before hitting a session-high and low of USD 118.10/bbl and USD 112.80/bbl respectively.Monday morning the contract was seen traded at USD 114.17/bbl, as the conflict beteween Russia and Georgia
