Crude oil is trading above USD 61/barrel this morning, after rising yesterday on stockpile concern.
Oil prices rose yesterday to a two-week high on concern winter heating demand and output cuts planned by Opec may erode US stockpiles, Bloomberg reports. Gasoline futures jumped to a seven-week high yesterday and heating oil rose for a second day after a government report showed US fuel supplies fell more than expected last week.
