The oil market set yet another record yesterday as the front month contract traded above 110 dollars a barrel in New York. Meanwhile, the price of European carbon allowances reached an eight-week high.
At Nymex, the front month WTI contract peaked at a new all time high of USD 110.20/barrel before easing back to settlement of USD 109.92/barrel, which is still up 1.17 from Tuesday.
