Oil prices are little changed on Thursday as a large decline in US crude stocks coupled with tighter North Sea supply in September is offset by persisting economic concerns.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 112.09/bbl on the Ice platform, down USD 0.05 on Wednesday's close, while the WTI September contract on Nymex traded USD 0.16 higher at USD 93.51/bbl.
"The main topic will be the loading programme in the North Sea oil fields,” Yusuke Seta, of brokerage Newedge in Tokyo, told Montel.
