Price movements were mixed on the fuel and carbon markets yesterday. Oil rose on the back of bullish US inventory data.
Crude oil markets saw prices gaining some strength on both sides of the Atlantic. The Nymex WTI rose 36 cents to settle at USD 59.61 a barrel, while the Brent benchmark contract for May delivery ended up 57 cents at USD 60.77 a barrel.The movements were connected to US stock data revealing that petrol stockpiles in the country fell by 3.4m barrels last week, twice the forecast of 1.7m ba
