Crude oil traded slightly up Wednesday on repairs and lower than expected stocks.
The US energy department said Wednesday that crude stockpiles rose by 1.1m barrels, which is lower than the previous expectations of 1.6m barrels. Some of the largest refineries in the US have confirmed that they would remain offline longer than expected, with over 400,000 barrels missing from the market a day.
