Commodities - More gains for coal

While gas and coal prices gained on Monday, the price of oil and carbon fell.
Coal prices on the API 2 curve continued to show strong gains on Monday, with some contracts in the paper market up by over two dollars. Q1-08 was up 2.65 day on day to settle at a mid-price of USD 123.25/tonne while Q2 08 and Cal 08 both gained 2.35 to USD 114.00/tonne.
