The carbon market saw a huge correction yesterday with the December 2008 contract dropping from an intraday high of above EUR 26/tonne to a low of EUR 22.00/tonne.
The carbon market continued its recent bullishness early on Wednesday as it reached a 13 month high of EUR 26.00/tonne in the morning. But then players started to take profit and the market crashed in the afternoon to a low of EUR 22.00/tonne.
