Oil, gas and coal prices were all lifted yesterday. Prices for CO2 allowances remain volatile, but the market ended the day strongly.
Energy prices firmed yesterday on strong demand prospects and news of fallingUS crude oil and products inventories, the Financial Times reports. In addition, oil prices were lifted by supply disruptions in Angola.Crude oil for August delivery reached USD 76 a barrel yesterday, the highest intraday price since 10 August last year. The contract, which expired yesterday, closed at USD 75.92
