Commodities - Firm oil the driver

Oil remained strong on Thursday, influencing an upturn in carbon and German power, according to market participants.
Thursday was another firm day in a nervous oil market. The front month at the ICE stayed strong, despite a slight drop of 9 cents to close at USD 66.46 a barrel.
