Commodities - Drop in demand eats away at oil

After a short-lived pause on Monday, oil continued its southbound trajectory, approaching a three-month low on the back of concerns over slowing demand.
On Tuesday, September Brent crude in London was registered down USD 3.13 day on day, finishing at USD 122.71/bbl after having peaked at USD 126.79/bbl. In New York, the WTI front month softened by USD 2.54, closing at USD 122.19/bbl after having ranged withing USD 120.42-125.85/bbl.The bear market was upheld amid confirmation of demand erosion in the US.
