Prices for second phase carbon allowances fell for the fourth day running on Tuesday, with players attributing the losses mainly to selling by financials.
Prices for the December 08 ended Tuesday between EUR 21.00 and EUR 21.19/tonne, the lowest since 17 May when it closed at EUR 21.43/tonne.
