Commodities – Carbon hits new all-time low

Carbon prices for the first phase fell to another all-time low on Thursday. Oil prices also came off yesterday, but are rising again on colder weather.
European emission prices for December 2007 fell to EUR 3.05 a tonne during the day, but firmed slightly to close at EUR 3.30.
