Brent prices look slightly stronger in early trading on Thursday despite bearish inventory data in the US.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 44.35/bbl on the ICE platform, up 20 cents on Wednesday's close.
On Wednesday, the contract settled 6 cents higher day on day at USD 44.15/bbl, after reaching a high of USD 45.10/bbl earlier in the session.
