Brent prices look a touch weaker on Thursday morning after a decrease in US crude inventories failed to bring out the bulls.
The front month contract for North Sea crude oil was last seen traded at USD 56.85/bbl, down 49 cents on the previous session.
On Wednesday, the contract closed at USD 57.34/bbl, down 60 pence on the previous close. In New York, the front month WTI contract for light sweet crude oil closed at USD 58.02/bbl, a loss of 83 cents day on day.
